Again we have a flurry of options in our weekly Top iPhone and iPad Games of the Week series. Irrupt kicks off our list with a 90 AppScore, the game looks like a simple and classic arcade game where the goal of the game is to help astronauts go from one station to another while avoiding asteroids. In second is World of Blocks - it's a puzzler with an 89 AppScore featuring blocks with unique personalities/powers that form your team and your mission together is to unite the missing crystals (oh and it seems to take place in ancient Greece) - I feel like you have to play this one to get it. Coming in third with an 87 AppScore is Tentacles: Enter the Dolphin - the game has an interesting storyline, you play the role of a black tentacled creature trying to escape from inside a mad scientist's body and yes in this game eating eyeballs is a good thing that helps you survive, definitely a little odd. Snail Bob, taking fourth with an 85 AppScore, is a game where you guide a slow snail through multiple puzzles and locations while avoiding all sorts of danger. Tied for fifth with 83 AppScores are Paper Toss Friends, a game that does exactly what its name implies - you toss paper into baskets against friends, and Word Poker Live Free where you play a unique word based version Texas Hold’em against other people. So there you have it, 6 more games for you to play. Of course we'd like to hear what you think so let us know in the comments below.
As always rankings are based on aggregating professional review scores from around the web for games released 2 - 3 weeks prior to allow for reviews to accumulate.
