We have a wide ranging group in our Top iPhone and iPad Apps this week as foretold by the AppScore fortunetellers. Starting off the list is Golfsites Recap (87 AppScore), an app that will probably please golf junkies, the app turns your iPad into a golf stat tracker of your every swing or round and pairs up with an iPhone app of the same name. Next up is PDF Max (85 AppScore) which gives users the ability to edit and make notes and comments on PDF documents. Coming in third is Layover (83 AppScore), a photo app that can mix colors, textures and images of up to five photos to create one image. In fourth is Pixel and Parker (80 AppScore), an interactive children's ebook that uses activities to help kids solve the mystery of Parker and his missing cat. Finishing out our list is Sing! Join the global karaoke party! (75 AppScore), which is just what it sounds like, a karoake app that lets you sing, duet, vote and share your singing with people all over the world. Personally I'm really interested in Sing! even thought I sound like a baby seal. Take a look at our list and tell us what you think of them in the comments.

As always our iPhone and iPad app rankings are based on aggregating professional review scores from around the web.

AppScores, prices, ranking, and availability are accurate as of 8/29/12. To make the list an AppScore of 75 or above is needed and the primary app category cannot be "Games". The top 5 apps ranked by AppScore that meet these criteria make the list.
