My Favorite iPhone and iPad Apps: AuthenticJobs

My friend is a mom who took some time off from work and is about to get back into the workforce. She feels out of the mix and out of touch with connections after spending the last 2 years at the hardest job of them all, being a mom. On top of that, in today's economy making connections and finding new jobs is a real challenge. So why not use every resource at your disposal. An easy search for top job apps on AppMyWorld delivered me AuthenticJobs. I immediately forwarded this free iPhone app to my friend hoping it would make getting into the work force feel less daunting to her. So far, so good - she likes the app. Keep in mind the jobs listed here are mostly tech / web oriented but they do include listings for freelance, contract and internship positions in addition to full-time work. Perfect for my friend who is considering something non-full time Also, comments on the App Store mention some issues with the app crashing but we haven't seen this happen.
