Do you know who your congressional representatives are? I could maybe name my two US senators but I couldn't name any of my US representatives. And forget knowing anything about what committees these representatives sit on. I bet most people are in the same situation as me. However, as we head into the elections I feel I need to educate myself. So if you are like me and want to learn more about who your representatives are, below are three versions of the same app that provide you with just that information: Congress with an 85 AppScore, Congress+ with an 80 AppScore and CongressPro. These three apps provide you with information on who represents you, how to contact your representatives and how to follow their campaigns. Congress is the most basic of the apps, the least expensive and built for the iPhone only. Congress+ and CongressPro offer more information on capitol staff and on legislative activity including full committee and sub-committee assignments and both are universal apps. Further, although CongressPro is the highest priced of the three apps it does provide the most detailed information on committees and sub-committees and some additional bonus features. I'm definitely going to download one of these apps to become a better informed voter. Will you?

Congress
Congress 85

Share any link in the application via email, Facebook, or Twitter. Remember, they work on Capitol Hill but they represent you. The app offers: member of Congress's first and last name; title or leadership position, state, senior/junior designation in the Senate and District number in the house, political party affiliation, district map, and biographical information; Washington, DC office address, office map, official website link, member contact form, and telephone number; incumbent campaign website and percent of the vote won in the most recent election, name of the top opponent and website, campaign news, tracking polls where available, and donor information." What's On iPhone: "This is a terrific application and I'm glad that I bought it" (November 13, 2008).

Also included in the app are full committee and subcommittee assignments with applicable chair and ranking member designations, sponsored and cosponsored legislation, earmarks, and overseas trips.
