We have another installment for you and this time the games include a new take on a physics launcher, a sci-fi management/adventure/rpg sim, a platformer where you control the platforms, a freemium citybuilder, and a card game in a post-apocalyptic world. In fact, this week there were a ton of good games released! You can take a look at the full list here. As always our rankings are objective and based on aggregating professional review scores from around the web. So check below for a no-nonsense review of what was released last week.

1.
Propel Man
Propel Man 95
$0.99: iPhone, iPod, iPad
In this physics launcher use a catapult to dispatch Propel Man to dizzying heights in the sky and cross each level by landing safely past the finish line. Check out a quote from App-Score: "This game is very and easy to play and it is one of the games I feel actually works on the smaller screen of the iPhone and iPod touch as it is simple press and hold controls. I recommend this game to anyone with a few minutes to pass." (April 5, 2012)

2.
Epic Astro Story
Epic Astro Story 92
$3.99: iPhone, iPad, iPod
Pioneer an untamed planet, building roads and houses for your fellow denizens of the future. Cultivate your quaint colony into a stellar space citadel, and you'll pull alien tourists from everywhere this side of Alpha Centauri! Careful though, not all intelligent life seeks souvenirs. Prepare to engage in heated battle with all manner of cosmic creatures! Check out a quote from Slide To Play: "Epic Astro City mixes in fresh new ideas with the familiar gameplay that Kairosoft does better than virtually anyone else, to make a lively and enjoyable experience." (April 11, 2012)

3.
Ball on a Wall Pocket
Ball on a Wall Pocket 90
$0.99: iPhone, iPad, iPod
A unique twist on a platformer where you not only control the ball but also the platforms as you roll, jump, and bounce across 50 levels packed with deadly turrets, gravity warpers, teleporters and more. Check out a quote from AppAdvice: "This is a good challenge for those up to it. The fact that you have to control the blocks rather than the ball presents a fun method of gameplay." (April 8, 2012)

3.
The Tribez HD
The Tribez HD 90
Free: iPad
Build your own stone-age village, explore territories hidden by mountains and seas, and lead your tribe, who considers you sent by the gods, to prosperity. Check out a quote from iPhoneGlance: "The Tribez HD possesses lively animations, stunning sounds and inexhaustible possibilities to develop your own stone-age empire, but best of all it’s free. There is in-app purchases which allows you to get things done quicker." (April 11, 2012)

3.
Nightfall
Nightfall 90
$4.99: iPhone, iPad, iPod
In Nightfall, a deck-building game, players must master hordes of ghouls, vampires and werewolves as they struggle to gain control of a post-apocalyptic world. Check out a quote from Gamezebo: "There’s nothing bad I can say about Nightfall. It’s Playdek’s finest game to date, and people that might’ve been a bit bored by the solitary nature of Ascension will find a ton to like here. For me, there’s an evolving level of strategy to the game, and I know it’s going to be front and center on my iPad for quite some time." (April 10, 2012)
