MotionX-GPS is so meaty that its information screen alone has more data than most other apps. Reading through the detailed directions, tutorials and FAQs, while worth it, is pretty much compulsory. This is not an intuitive app. Once you figure out how to ring the bells and toot the whistles, though, MotionX-GPS just cooks. Date: October 15, 2009

The only features I found missing were the ability to automatically generate waypoints over a period of time and a more detailed display of climb and descent over time. The latter feature would allow you to use the information more accurately for training purposes. Date: August 18, 2009
