This game is solid and I found it to be a very worthy game playing experience for the iPhone. While the graphics are not quite Cut The Rope, they are not too far off from the the Tiny Wings pastel colored graphics, I think I also noticed some familiar Tiny Wings sounds, or did I make them up? The only trouble I had from this game came from lines that I drew wrong which rendered Sam stuck either immediately or along the way to reaching his girl forcing me to start over, but that is a core part of this puzzle game and to which gives this game it’s unique feel. The only other issue I had with this lovable game was the game difficulty was a bit too easy for me. Date: September 28, 2012

With great music, cute characters, a pile of fun “draw the line” style puzzles to master, and a cheap price tag, it’s hard to find fault with this adorable, kid-friendly iPhone puzzler. But while Sliding Sam may be fun for all ages, it doesn’t do anything particularly revolutionary with the format.
